This blog is my way to tell the world the value and benefits of using organic products, eating organic foods, using organic personal care products, and supporting eco-friendly practices in all aspects of our lives.
I have been a dedicated environmentalist and conservationist supporting organic farming, locally grown foods, and environmental conservation causes for the past forty (45+) years.
Recently I have been refocusing on some old topics that had been of interest to me earlier in my life. Yoga, Buddhism, nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, and peacefulness are just some of the new topics you will find here as we go along (8/13/2011).
This site as been “dormant” for quite some time. Not sure why, but guess my mind has been elsewhere. In 2014 I was diagnosed with Lupus. I suspect autoimmunity has been at work in my body for many years. My rheumatologist has few treatments to offer that are tolerable to my body. So, I have begun investigating herbal and nutritional treatments found on the internet. New page: Linda’s Lupus.
